Curiosity has always been her greatest teacher. Since university, she immersed herself in self-discovery tools – including MBTI, Human Design, StrengthsFinder 2.0, Enneagram, Big Five Personality, and the 16PF Questionnaire – to deeply understand her strengths. This self-awareness propelled her career early: while still in her third year, she secured both an internship and full-time consultant role in headhunting. Remarkably, though her university wasn’t nationally renowned, her exceptional professional start led to a televised feature as a model for student career success.

Born and raised in a small town in China, Ling’s family couldn’t afford overseas education. Yet she never saw this as a limitation. Fuelled by savings and resourcefulness, she carved her own path to global growth—mastering budget travel to access workshops across the UK, Singapore, Europe, and the U.S. This self-crafted journey transformed her into a dynamic creative facilitator,– proving that resourcefulness can rewrite life’s boundaries.

From Zero Income to $4K/Day : Redefine Yourself When Others Doubt You

Gifted with intuitive insight, Ling spent six years in HR/recruitment before entrepreneurship (2013). Her turning point came when dismissed for challenging management structures while advocating to expand into training—rejected due to "lack of experience." This ignited her critique of rigid HR systems and belief in multidimensional talent.

She forged her own path, discovering Design Thinking—a philosophy she pioneered fusing with business strategy. At 30, she authored and published her seminal book in 28 days  (Chinese version, 10 reprints), she was hailed as "Design Thinking’s Founding Voice in China".

Within 3 years, she transformed unemployment into industry authority:

• Translated 8 innovation books

• Trained elite clients (Deloitte, LVMH, Mercedes-Benz)

• Achieved $4,000/day training fees and built a thriving brand at the intersection of design and human potential.

The Courage to Dig Deeper: From Self-Comfort to Collective-Breakthroughs

Refusing to linger in success or comfort, Ling pursued a deeper question: What is the root source of innovation? Her quest led her to study the dynamics of life purpose, intention, talents and human potential, culminating in a Life Transformation Design program. Since 2017, this program has empowered 125+ individuals in China to transition from unfulfilled employees to purpose-driven, heart-led entrepreneurs.

 

From Obstacles to Crystals: How Motherhood & Relocation Reshape Who You Are

After relocating to Mauritius in 2019, Ling embraced motherhood and immigration amidst limited support. She navigated two years as a full-time mother during COVID’s isolation, then dedicated two more years to understanding Mauritius’ cultural dynamics while experimenting her entrepreneurial projects. With no one knows who she was before, she has to rediscover her identity in this unfamiliar land.

Emerging from three years of profound personal challenges, in 2025,  Ling is more grounded and confident, she created The Magnet Space as an intentional transformative community for global conscious creators and pioneered groundbreaking frameworks:

Ling is also a pioneer in her personal life. She pioneers revolutionary living beyond conventional boundaries. She consciously explores alternative lifestyles—from intentional communities to global nomadism—while building chosen family structures that transcend tradition. As a mother to a five-year-old, she practices conscious parenting rooted in spiritual growth and sustainable education advocacy. She empowers her son to discover his authentic self, free from societal or parental expectations.​
